Coverage
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The exact period (6 months to 7 years) is listed on each product page.
What's not covered
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, airline or transit damage, and damage from misuse are not covered.
How to claim
Email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will guide you through the process.
Resolution
Valid claims are resolved through repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
